a portrait of my children, once a week, every week in 2013 via Che and Fidel
He : has found moving house both exciting and difficult. In response he has built duplo and colour coded his Enid Blyton collection into a rainbow formation, both of which seem to be very soothing!
She : only took three days to discover that the new house has a very long steep driveway, perfect for stunt scootering. If it is too steep and scary to stand, one must simply sit to enjoy the thrills.
Oh bless. Beautiful children. I'm excited!
ReplyDeleteI wondered how he was adapting to the change, we've only decorated one room and its caused some anxiety, good job they have their soothing activities! I'd have been down that slope in a heartbeat too! (Not now though, too much of a wimp!) :) x
ReplyDeleteThat young man of yours is awesome. I love a bit of colour coordination! And as for Miss Cheeky - I would be having heart murmurs watching her! xo
ReplyDeleteGorgeous kids.
ReplyDeleteLove the scooting girl especially.
There is nothing like a soothing activity in times of tumult. I myself remember spending days first alphabetising my childhood bookcase and then colour coding it and then alphabetising it once again. These days I turn to baking when I need a release.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a daredevil she is! Great action shot!
How organised is he? And showing great concentration with his building blocks. And you may need to invest in some knee guards at the new place. Hope you've all settled in. xx
